EULA

End-User License Agreement

By using (one of) our mobile iOS applications, you agree with the following terms and conditions.

The applications are to be used solely by aviation pilots holding a valid pilot license. Aviation authorities require us in some cases to validate you as a qualified pilot. For this reason as well as for user validation reason, we might have to ask you for your pilot license number, your e-mail address and mobile phone number. After the validation process is completed, you will be able to file ICAO flight plans directly from your iPhone or iPad and/or use our aviation weather app for iOS.

Be aware that you are responsible for correctly filing as well as for delaying or closing your flight plans. It is your legal obligation and responsibility to use our applications with care and not to send out any fake flight plan messages. Also, you have to also check the weather using the official weather sources and thus not (solely) rely on the weather information provided in our apps.

Our apps have been developed with great care. However, you as Pilot in Command are fully responsible for validating if our flight plans have been successfully submitted as well as for checking on delay, departure or arrival messages you send out with our apps into the AFTN aviation network. Make sure and double-check if your flight plans are closed in time by ATC at your destination airport or by yourself at those aerodromes or landing strips where ATC cannot or will not close your flight plans for you. Also, make sure you include your name and mobile phone number in the Pilot in Command section of your flight plans so that ATC can contact you if they have any questions about your flight plans.

Filing your flight plans using our app does not automatically imply that your flight plans are also accepted. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can depart after you filed your flight plan.

Our mobile iOS applications are provided without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the authors of these applications be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of this application.
